Apple Pie Overnight Oats 🍎🥧
You know what they say, an apple a day keeps the doctor away.
I’m 94% sure I’ve eaten an entire orchard this fall so I’m assuming that means I’ll be good for a few decades???
1/2 cup gluten free oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp maple syrup
Combine everything in mason jar or bowl and leave in refrigerator overnight.
In the morning you can heat up or eat cold.
Top with sautéed apples, granola, and salted caramel peanut butter or any nut butter!
