Wʜᴀᴛ ᴀ ɢᴀᴍᴇ ᴄʜᴀɴɢᴇʀ! • Sᴇʀᴠɪɴɢ 4 ᴘᴇᴏᴘʟᴇ • Iɴɢʀᴇᴅɪᴇɴᴛs – 3 Chicken breasts, cut into strips – 350ml Buttermilk – 2 Eggs, beaten – 220grams Plain flour – 2tbsp Paprika – 1tbsp garlic granules – 1tsp ground ginger – 1tsp dried basil – 1tsp dried tyme – 1tsb dried oregano – Salt & pepper, to taste – Cooking spray / oil • Mᴇᴛʜᴏᴅ – In a bow mix the buttermilk, eggs & chicken. Make sure the chicken is fully covered in the mixture. – In a separate bowl, mix the flour, dried herbs & spices. – Dip the chicken pieces individually into the flour mixture, making sure the chicken is fully covered. – Spray with a little oil and then cook in the air fryer (mine cooked in 8mins on 185 degrees) – Serve with your favourite sides, I had some fries & salad. • • Sɪᴛ ʙᴀᴄᴋ ᴀɴᴅ ᴇɴᴊᴏʏ ʏᴏᴜʀ ᴍᴇᴀʟ
