Berry Crunch Breakfast Bowl
Skipping breakfast is so easy when you have little ones but by the time it gets to 11am I’m usually ravenous & looking for a quick fix. So today I’m sharing my Berry Crunch Breakfast bowl. Made with some slow release energy ingredients to keep you going until lunch time. The best bit is it’s really tasty and is made in minutes.
Ingredients Small handful of blueberries 2 tbsp of granola 1tsp chia seeds 1/2 tsp pumpkin seeds 115ml unsweetened almond milk 60g fresh or frozen raspberries 20g rolled oats 75g yoghurt, such as Greek, natural, soya 20g vanilla protein powder 35g peanut butter
Method 1. Blend the almond milk, raspberries, rolled oats, yoghurt, protein powder and peanut butter until smooth. 2. Pour the mixture into a bowl, sprinkle the granola, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, top with a small handful of raspberries and blueberries.
