Cʜɪʟʟɪ Cᴏɴ Cᴀʀɴᴇ • Iɴɢʀᴇᴅɪᴇɴᴛs – Beef mince – 1 Onion, diced – 1 Pepper, diced – 3 Mushrooms, diced – 2 Cloves of garlic, crushed – 1 Tin chopped tomatoes – 1 Tin kidney beans in chilli sauce (optional, I forgot to add them) – Tomato purée – 1 Beef stockpot – Paprika – Chilli Flakes – Oil / cooking spray – Salt & Pepper, to taste • • Mᴇᴛʜᴏᴅ – Place a wok over the heat of the pan and spray with some oil – Add the mince and fry until brown – Once browned add: onion, garlic, pepper and mushrooms and cook until the onion is slightly browned. – Pour in the tinned tomatoes and a squeeze of tomato purée. Mix. – Then add the kidney beans and the stock. Stir until all combined. – Sprinkle as much paprika and chilli flakes to your taste. – Turn down the heat of the hob and allow the chilli to simmer until the sauce is of your preferred thickness. – Stir occasionally. – Serve with your favourite sides.
