I’ve been meaning to try Cha Cha Roll’s soufflé pancakes for the longest, especially their black sugar milk tea ones..
So here’s my take on them: the milk tea pancakes were very fluffy and light.
But I felt as if the only thing that gave off some flavour to them was the tapioca sauce, so there was little to no taste.
They didn’t taste eggy but they did lack sweetness which is what I usually look for in a pancake.
The crème brûlé pancakes, on the other hand, were really sweetened and delicious; it was basically a crème brûlé in a pancake form.
I guess it’s safe to say that for the price it’s probably worth it, just a little sad about their top rated milk tea pancake 🙁
But anyway, I got a matching boba seasalt drink with my pancakes that made up for that, how adorable is this recyclable bottle?
