Mᴀᴄ & Cʜᴇᴇsᴇ Wɪᴛʜ ʟᴇғᴛᴏᴠᴇʀ ᴄʜʀɪsᴛᴍᴀs ɢᴀᴍᴍᴏɴ • Sᴛᴀʀᴛɪɴɢ ᴛᴏ ɢᴇᴛ ʙᴀᴄᴋ ᴛᴏ ɴᴏʀᴍᴀʟ ᴇᴀᴛɪɴɢ ᴡɪᴛʜᴏᴜᴛ ᴛʜᴇ ᴡᴀsᴛᴇ! • Iɴɢʀᴇᴅɪᴇɴᴛs – 250g Macaroni (or any pasta) – 40g Butter – 40g Plain flour – 600ml Milk – 250g Cheddar, grated – 1 Ball mozzarella, grated – Leftover gammon – Salt & Pepper, to taste • Mᴇᴛʜᴏᴅ – Preheat the oven to 200degrees (180depending on oven type) – Cook the macaroni as per the packet instructions, should take 8–10 mins. Drain well and set aside. – Get another saucepan and place over the heat on the hob. Melt the butter, add the flour and stir. – Whisk in the milk, a little at a time. Cook for 10–15 mins until it’s a thickened and smooth sauce. – Pour the drained pasta into your oven proof dish and then pour the sauce all over the pasta, sprinkle on all your cheddar & add most of the gammon. Mix until it’s all combined and mixed. – Sprinkle over the mozzarella and the rest of the gammon. – Place the dish in the oven and bake until the cheese is melted on top. – Serve on your dinner plate with your favourite sides, I had some garlic bread. • • Sɪᴛ ʙᴀᴄᴋ ᴀɴᴅ ᴇɴᴊᴏʏ ʏᴏᴜʀ ᴍᴇᴀʟ 😋
