Aɴᴏᴛʜᴇʀ ᴅᴇʟɪᴄɪᴏᴜs ʀᴇᴄɪᴘᴇ ᴄᴏᴏᴋᴇᴅ ɪɴ ᴛʜᴇ ᴀɪʀ ғʀʏᴇʀ! • Iɴɢʀᴇᴅɪᴇɴᴛs – Potatoes – Bacon bits – Sour cream – Cheddar cheese, grated – Chives, chopped – Cooking spray • Mᴇᴛʜᴏᴅ – Pre heat your oven to 180degrees. Once heated cook your potatoes as per the packet instructions. – Whilst the potatoes are in the oven, place a pan over the heat on the hob and fry your bacon bits until cooked. Then place to the side. – Once the potatoes are cooked. Cut in half and leave to cool. – spoon out the inside of the potato, make sure that the skin doesn’t rip/ split. Keep the bits you spoon out as well as the skins as you will need these. – In a bowl mix: the inside of the potato, sour cream (as much or as little as you like), bacon bits & most of your cheddar. Mix together until fully combined. – Spoon the mixture into the skins and continue until all the mixture is used up. – Sprinkle with cheese and then place in the air fryer (or oven) at 180degrees for 8mins or until the cheese is golden. – Sprinkle with chives and extra sour cream for dipping. • Sɪᴛ ʙᴀᴄᴋ ᴀɴᴅ ᴇɴᴊᴏʏ 😋 • •
