What better way to end the holiday season than with a Sunday brekky featuring a seasonal French toast with some amazing panettone which is great for French toast as already soft and studded with dried fruits; 1 panettone loaf 🍞 6 eggs 🥚 whisked 1/2 cup sugar 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp vanilla 2 cups of milk Butter 🧈 for pan Maple 🍁 syrup, cream or fruits to serve Cut your panettone and whisk together the eggs, milk sugar, cinnamon and vanilla. Soak the slices and be careful not to oversoak as the panettone is softer than regular brioche. Cook in butter 🧈 on either side for a couple of minutes each or less if you like the middle soft and runny. Decorate with the toppings of your choice and enjoy!
