Form dough into balls (makes a dozen), press down slightly, sprinkle with a generous amount of flaky sea salt, and bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. ⠀ ⠀ FOR THE FROSTING:⠀ 1 roasted sweet potato (about 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp mashed)⠀ 2 tbsp cocoa powder ⠀ 3 tbsp maple syrup or date syrup ⠀ 2 tbsp neutral oil (like avocado, grape seed, or melted coconut oil) ⠀ 1/2 tsp vanilla ⠀ Pinch of salt ⠀ ⠀ Roast your sweet potato at 425 for an hour, or until potato is very soft and skin falls off. Mix mashed sweet potato and cocoa powder. Then add syrup, coconut oil, vanilla, and salt. Mix until very smooth and glossy. ⠀
