Pumpkin Spice Donut Hole RECIPE
a Pumpkin Spice Donut Hole 🎃🍩. DAMN these little shawwwwwties are good!
1 1/2 cup gluten free oat flour (or oats blended into flour)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup powdered @lakantosweetener (can also use @swervesweetie but use 1/3 cup instead OR regular icing sugar)
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup pumpkin purée
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
2 eggs (room temperature)
Preheat oven to 350F.
In a medium size bowl combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, salt and sweetener.
Add in almond milk, pumpkin purée and vanilla.
Once combined add the melted coconut oil (make sure its v hot).
Then add eggs last. Spray or grease a mini muffin pan and use a spoon to fill right to the top with batter.
Bake for 7-11 minutes.
Let cool fully then brush with a little more melted coconut oil, and coat with golden (or brown sugar) and pumpkin pie spice 🎃🍩
