Sᴀᴜsᴀɢᴇ ᴘᴀsᴛᴀ ʙᴀᴋᴇ • Iɴɢʀᴇᴅɪᴇɴᴛs – 6 sausages, take the skin off – 300g pasta – 2 Garlic cloves, crushed – 1 Tin of tomatoes – 200g soft cheese – Spinach – Cheese, grated – Basil & Oregano, to taste – Salt & Pepper, to taste – Oil / cooking spray • Mᴇᴛʜᴏᴅ – Pre heat the oven to 200degrees (or 180 depending on oven) – Put pan over the heat on the hob. Add some oil and stir in the sausages, try to chop these up into smaller pieces using a wooden spoon whilst they cook. – Add garlic, a sprinkle of basil and oregano. Fry until sausages are cooked. – Add the chopped tomatoes, stir all together and leave to simmer on a low heat. – Whilst the sauce is simmering, cook the pasta in a separate pan as per the cooking instructions. Just before the pasta is fully cooked take off the heat. – Go back to the sauce and turn off the heat, stir in the cream cheese and as much spinach as you like. (I put in 2 handfuls). – Once mixed in add a ladle of the pasta water to the sauce and mix. – Drain the pasta and add to the sauce. Make sure it’s all mixed together and then pour into an oven proof dish. – Top the mixture with your grated cheese. Again this can be as much or as little as you like. – Place the dish into the oven for 15mins. – Serve in a bowl with you choice of side. I had some garlic bread • Sɪᴛ ʙᴀᴄᴋ ᴀɴᴅ ᴇɴᴊᴏʏ ʏᴏᴜʀ ᴍᴇᴀʟ
