Salted chocolate chip cookie

Salted chocolate chip cookie dough bites 🀩 so easy to make, only five ingredients, packed with collagen, and they make for the perfect snack!! I like eating one as a quick snack before a workout or even for dessert because they’re so tasty πŸ˜‹
#recipe 1 cup cashew butter 1/2 cup coconut flour 2 tbsp maple syrup 2 scoops collagen 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips Sea salt to sprinkle Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl (besides the sea salt) until combined. The mixture should be fairly dry. Scoop the mixture into a parchment paper lined loaf pan and flatten until it forms one even layer about an inch thick (will fill about 3/4 of the loaf pan). Sprinkle with sea salt. Place in the fridge for a couple hours and then remove and cut into bite size pieces. You can eat them at this point, but I would recommend keeping them in the fridge overnight and the texture will be perfect the next day! Store in the fridge. Makes about 18 cookie dough bites!
