Spinach benefits: Baby spinach is rich in vitamin K and magnesium, two very important nutrients for bone health. Eye health, heart health, reduces risk of anemia, imune booster.
What we need for this dish: 2 pounds of spinach 1/2 cup of rice 1 cup Beef broth Eggs Salt and pepper
Sautee spinach with a little olive oil, add the rice(rice i leave it in the water overnight), broil beef on a pot, take the stock and add it to the mixture sautee a little more. On a baking tray add the mixture and bake it in the oven 350 degrees for 30 min, at the end make holes and add the eggs, you can add meat also. Serve it with yogurt. Omit salt and pepper for kids less than 1 year old
