Vegan Pumpkin Beer Bread
Remember my Vegan Beer Bread recipe?!
Welllll I tossed a pumpkin twist on it because BASICSwithbails had to live up to her name!
Vegan Pumpkin Beer Bread Recipe:
INGREDIENTS YOU WILL NEED:
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup pumpkin purée
1 can beer
1/4 cup vegan butter
DIRECTIONS:
1) Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2) In your @kitchenaid_ca mixer, mix together all the dry ingredients. Add in pumpkin purée & beer and combine with a rubber spatula.
3) Pour into a greased bread loaf pan. Pour melted butter over mixture. This will create a crunchy crust.
4) Bake for 55-60 minutes, remove from pan and cool for at least 15 minutes.
